Going Virtual

Quite notable these days is that more and more companies are doing virtual presentations to sell their products. Depending on the company, they may help you to set up for your virtual party.

To get going, you can always send out curiosity posts to get a conversation going. Preferably, make your posts very vague. That is what will spark the conversation. Then you can let your audience know of the solution to their problem. Eventually, you’ll get bookings.

  1. RE: Mary Kay. Unless it’s changed in the last few years, there is not a quarterly quota. In fact, they’ve always only required 1 annual order to remain a Consultant. There were quarterly rewards in the form of assorted jewelry, designer bags, household items, etc.

    1. Thanks, Elizabeth, I appreciate your response. My daughter loves Mary Kay and joined the company several years ago. I will check to see if she has any updates on Mary Kay.

  2. This is a great list! I am glad to see legit companies on here and not questionable ones 🙂

I previously sold Avon and enjoyed earning a small income from it. Returns were easy and people were happy with the products.

I have considered doTerra as well however I am now hooked on a local company for my essential oils.

What are some good questions to ask before signing up to these types of programs?

    1. Hi Irma,
I love Avon products and still use them. Here are a few questions that you can ask:

When and how did the company start?

How many consultants are with the company?

What is your company’s financial success like?

Is my pay connected to the recruitment of new consultants? What is the difference?

      What are your return policies?
